If you want to get reimbursed for printing costs, figure out what you need, the quantity and what the total cost would be (including any shipping) then fill this form to request approval.

If approved, you would pay up front for the print job and then email (birchdw@gmail.com) or mail (P.O. Box 468, Monument, CO 80132) the receipt to Dale Birch, the STARRS Treasurer, to get reimbursed.

STARRS Business Cards
Use of STARRS business cards must be approved by STARRS first and are not reimbursed. NOTE: STARRS State Leaders will be provided business cards.

Send your request to mission@starrs.us with the rank, full name, branch retired from, STARRS title, phone number and email address you want on the card.

STARRS will send you the print-ready file for you to print at PrintingCenterUSA or at your local printer. Cost is not reimbursable.
