Truth and Myths About The Vietnam War

The Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association Foundation is proud to present a new 47-minute documentary film, entitled “Truths and Myths About the Vietnam War” with an introduction by actor Sam Elliott.

The purpose of this film is to honor those who served in the Vietnam War, by providing factual information to address the decades of misinformation that has presented a skewed historical perspective of the war.

We believe this a very important and long overdue film, one that captures the information and lessons learned most Vietnam War veterans want reported about the war.

As Vietnam veterans, we consider this film to be our enduring legacy for future generations.

Vietnam veterans Jim Dickson and Alan Gravel and documentary film producer David Naglieri discuss a new documentary that sheds light on myths surrounding the Vietnam War.

  • Thanks for putting together a summary of the REAL TRUTH. Once again, contrary to the recommendations in the attached documentary, the US political hierarchy has continued to involve the military in foreign wars yet denying the same military the means and methods to execute a sound and effective military strategy to win! A consequence is the loss of untold, American lives due to political decisions!
