Today we’re exposing a jaw-dropping scandal straight out of the Biden-era military: an Air Force doctor, Lt. Col. Josh Smalley, appeared to reassure military medical officers and civilian employees that they couldn’t be sued for performing sex-change procedures on minors.
According to an explosive Daily Caller exclusive, Smalley—who once ran the Air Force’s Transgender Medical Health Unit—shared multiple sets of documents in 2023 telling doctors: don’t worry about lawsuits, the Department of Defense has your back when it comes to “gender-affirming care” on children.
Taxpayer-funded mutilation of minors, protected from legal accountability. This is the radical gender ideology that was rammed into our armed forces under Biden—prioritizing politics over science, readiness, and the well-being of kids. But it didn’t stay hidden.
