A lot of important, eye-opening information in STARRS July Town Hall with guest speaker Dr. Stanley Ridgley, a former Army military intelligence officer and author of the new book “DEI Exposed: How the Biggest Con of the Century Almost Toppled Higher Education”. He talked about many powerful things including:
• Leftists have seized dominance in schools/universities/colleges because they view the only purpose of these is to train the future cadre.
• The social justice bureaucracy on campus has the goal of re-educating students with the false Marxist ideology; create an atmosphere of “us against them” (oppressed vs oppressors) for students to view the world.
• Our nation’s military academies are a favorite target for the DEI grifters. These academies are key nodes to propagate the CRT/social justice agenda throughout the military because of its command structure.
• Princeton University said they had a serious problem with systemic racism. A reporter asked 300 people at Princeton to give an example of this systemic racism from the past 15 years; no one could. It’s a fraud, a scam. DEI grifters induce guilt into people to make people more susceptible to going along with the grifters’ social justice agenda.
• The Dean of Psychology at an Arizona university advocated using psychological techniques to indoctrinate students in the classroom with Leftist ideology. If left-wing professors think they can get away with it, they will always use their classroom as a pulpit. Professors have the control in the classroom; they are in charge of the message. It’s called “Milieu Management” so students can’t escape the social justice message that the US is a bad, racist country.
Definition: “Milieu management, in the context of cultural Marxism, refers to the strategic shaping of cultural, social, and ideological environments to influence public consciousness and behavior. It involves controlling narratives, institutions, and public spaces to promote Marxist or neo-Marxist ideas, often by subtly altering cultural norms, values, and perceptions to align with collectivist or egalitarian ideologies. Critics argue it’s a form of social engineering to advance political agendas.”
Then we had another special guest, Maurice Washington, a South Carolina businessman and leader. During the 2020 George Floyd riots, which happened in his city, Charleston, he was invited to lunch by by prominent leaders in the Black Lives Matter movement not based in South Carolina. They told him:
• They were trained Marxists.
• Their training took place OUTSIDE of the United States.
• They are well-funded by US-based corporations.
• Republicans are behind the 8-ball and will never catch up. While the GOP is focused on electing a President, Senators and Representatives on a federal level, the Marxists are focused on local school board elections in order to reach children. They believe that if they can control people’s children, they can control the country.
• They know that white males are afraid of being called a racist and will run away and hide rather than stand up and fight back. This allows the Marxists to make major steps in transforming the country. They call conservative white people ‘racists’ and conservative black people ‘Uncle Toms’ in order to shut them up and neutralize them.
• They uses these “racist” buzzwords to use to condition and control the parents of the school children so the parents don’t stand up.
• People and corporations allowed guilt to drive them to donate to BLM and BLM took advantage of that. ($90 Million from people in 2020 alone and $83 Billion from corporations since 2020)
Maurice said that these Marxists knew us better than we know ourselves thus how to manipulate us. But he learned that fighting back and not falling for their tactics does work. Stand up against them!

What if everything you thought you knew about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion was deliberately engineered to mask its true purpose? In this eye-opening STARRS Town Hall, Dr. Stanley Ridgley unveils DEI’s function as a “resource extraction strategy” operating through what he terms “virtuous victimhood” – a sophisticated con that divides Americans into oppressors and oppressed based solely on race.
Drawing from his extensive research documented in his book, “DEI Exposed,” Dr. Ridgley reveals how university bureaucracies have been colonized by ideologues using cultic teaching methods to “unfreeze” traditional belief systems and replace them with “critical consciousness.” Shocking is his financial analysis: DEI administrators at major universities earning $430,000-$500,000 annually from tuition dollars and taxpayer funds, creating deeply entrenched resistance to reform.
The Town Hall takes a dramatic turn when Maurice Washington shares his direct conversation with Black Lives Matter leaders who candidly admitted to being “trained Marxists” receiving international training. Their strategy? While conservatives focused on presidential elections, they concentrated on capturing school boards across America, understanding that “if we can control their children, we can control the country.” Washington recounts heartbreaking stories of family division, including parents whose college-educated children accused them of racism and severed contact.
Despite recent executive orders removing DEI from military institutions, implementation remains inconsistent, with many changes appearing cosmetic rather than substantive. STARRS leadership details their ongoing work with Congress to codify anti-DEI measures into public law while strengthening constitutional education in service academies.
This isn’t just another academic discussion – it’s a wake-up call about an ideological battle reshaping America’s most trusted institutions. Whether you’re a parent concerned about education, a taxpayer funding these programs, or a citizen who believes in merit and unity over division, this conversation offers crucial insights into recognizing and countering institutional capture.
