America’s Warriors Are Rising Again with Marine vet Chad Robichaux

America’s military is showing signs of a remarkable turnaround, and many believe there’s a reason why.

In this episode of Allen Jackson Now, Pastor Allen Jackson welcomes Chad Robichaux, U.S. Marine Force Recon veteran and founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, to discuss the dramatic surge in military recruiting, renewed morale among service members, and the growing sense of purpose returning to America’s armed forces.

During the woke years, parents had wondered if the military still reflected the values of duty, sacrifice, and patriotism that once inspired generations of young Americans to serve.

They watched military leadership embrace diversity programs, gender policies, and political messaging that honestly had little to do with building strong combat units.

The concern was simple. Was the military losing focus on what it was created to do?

After years of recruiting shortfalls and concerns that military readiness was being undermined by woke agendas, the Army has now reached its 2026 recruiting goals ahead of schedule.

Pastor Allen reminds us that expressions of American strength must continue, or we leave future generations vulnerable. He challenges believers to pray for our nation, our military, and our leaders.

Introduction:

“For the last several years, the United States military has been facing a serious problem. There were fewer young Americans who were signing up to serve.

Recruiting numbers were falling short. Military leaders warned the situation had become a national security concern.

Parents have wondered if the military still reflected the values of duty, sacrifice, and patriotism that once inspired generations of young Americans to serve.

They watched military leadership embrace diversity programs, gender policies, and political messaging that honestly had little to do with building strong combat units.

The concern was simple. Was the military losing focus on what it was created to do?

Well, recently at West Point, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced that the US Army has already reached its 2026 recruiting goals, four months ahead of schedule. That announcement comes after years of recruiting shortfalls that military leaders described as a growing national security concern.

Hegseth used the moment not only to celebrate recruiting numbers, but to draw a sharp contrast with he what he described as the military culture of recent years.

He criticized what he called the DEI craze, saying standards had been lowered and traditions pushed aside in favor of political correctness.

And notably, faith was front and center in his message. He quoted Isaiah 68. Hegseth reminded the graduating cadets of the timeless call to service. “Here I am, send me,” as Isaiah had said.

I think it’s important that we maintain in our imagination that on a global scale, good and evil exist. Nations represent expressions of good and evil. Now, beneath that level, I understand it’s a mixed bag. But the reality is when the righteous thrive, the people rejoice. But when the wicked rule, the people groan.

Iran has long declared its intent. Their leaders openly chant, “Death to Israel, death to America.” Folks, that’s not political rhetoric. That’s a declaration of war. And when someone tells you they want to destroy you, you should believe them.

The media often frames the Iran war as an endless war. I disagree. Standing up to the terror regime in Iran is necessary. Evil must be confronted. Evil regimes don’t stop on their own.

Honestly, I think it’s remarkable to see the United States use its strength to address these expressions of evil. They were able to do this with elite precision and without great loss of life.

The message to the world is America is not surrendering. We’re not stepping back.

And we’re not letting the evil of authoritarianism take over.

Pete Hegseth has ushered in a change in the mindset of our military. The attitude and readiness to do things. They’re demonstrating it with performance.

And he’s done this while being vilified by the media for sending messages like this to the troops.

No more DEI, no more dudes in dresses, and no more distractions. He said, “Service members are responding to leadership that values merit, discipline, and mission over woke ideology.

Expressions of American strength, they have to continue or we will leave our young people and the generations that follow vulnerable.” And the more vulnerable we are, the more battles we’re engaged in.

Let’s continue to pray for America and our leadership. Let’s pray that God would bless America, that Judeo-Christian principles will continue to flourish in our nation. And as President Ronald Reagan described it, that America would be the shining city on a hill.

We’re going to talk to Marine veteran Chad Robichaux about his take on what’s happening in the military and around the globe. . . .
