(1) because you refused the military-mandated COVID or anthrax vaccines
and / or
(2) because of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) ideology,

STARRS would like to learn more and to hopefully help you. We want to learn as much as possible so we might be able to help people who have been subject to any adverse action as a result of refusal to take the COVID/anthrax vaccine and/or DEI.
