BREAKING: DEI Conspiracy in Air Force: “We basically contacted everybody who had a title (DEI) like that and got them to sneakily change their title so it doesn’t sound as diversity oriented even though it is,” reveals Jake Reyna, @DeptofDefense and @USAirForce Operations Research Analyst for the @SecAFOfficial in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Believing Republicans have attempted to cut back on the government’s use of discriminatory DEI policies “just to fuck with the [DEI] system,” Reyna confesses on undercover footage caught by O’Keefe Media Group that the Air Force manipulates job titles to cheat the system out of a higher salary for DEI personnel.
Bragging, “We just weaseled around it,” Reyna claims “there’s nothing really they [Republicans] would be able to do.”
The cover-up does not end there. Reyna states about his office, “We’re actually moving into this other group called Manpower and Readiness” to stay under the radar.
Reyna confirms DEI training is mandatory for airmen and if an airman does not participate in DEI trainings, he “wouldn’t be qualified for promotions or he’d get reprimanded and…he’d get written up” before eventually being dishonorably discharged, which includes being stripped of all benefits.
Tasked with developing programs like the Workforce Analytics Dashboard that lists the demographics of the Air Force with an emphasis on “race, ethnicity, and gender,” Reyna admits the Air Force has no data to support its DEI policies.
“I don’t know if there’s any specific data you can provide outside of just saying like, yeah, we’re getting more diverse talking about changing officers.”
Asked, “In your experience, have you seen or have you come across any data that actually serves as evidence that indeed DEIA candidates or troops perform better than non-DEIA troops?” Reyna responds, “No, I don’t think so.”
Empowered in the Air Force’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Reyna believes white men are “definitely stupid” and “definitely suck.”
“Do you think they [white men] make us weaker as a military?” asks OMG’s American Swiper. Reyna responds, “In some ways, probably.”
Undercover Reporter: Have you seen or have you come across any data that actually serves as evidence that indeed DEI candidates or troops perform better than non-DEI troops?
Jake Reyna: No I don’t think so.
Undercover Reporter: You don’t, there isn’t that data?
Jake Reyna: I don’t think so
Undercover Reporter: I just think that it’s weird that they would purposely withhold access to data that can prove that DEI is indeed working.
Jake Reyna: We feel the same way.
Undercover Reporter: So are you guys looking at anything about their actual performance as troops?
Jake Reyna: Well we haven’t we haven’t gotten that far.
Undercover Reporter: But would that be taken into account when you got to do your analysis, your data”
Jake Reyna: That’s pieces of data that I think would be interesting if we ever got to it.
____
James O’Keefe:
“The government is spending billions of dollars on DEI initiatives at almost every department and agency knowing that just the very subject of DEI has probably caused more racial division in this country than anything in recent history.
So as we watch this guy try to defend the DEI Movement, we have to ask what purpose does it serve and why are our tax dollars paying for it and is it worth it and perhaps the biggest thing to consider is does this strengthen or weaken our military?”
____
Undercover Reporter: I just imagine in the military, there are a lot of, like, nutty rightwing kind of conservative, even like Trump people.
Jake Reyna: Absolutely. It was the same in Aerospace, like, because that’s, you know, older white dudes Engineers pretty much.
Undercover Reporter: What do you think of those older white dudes?
Jake Reyna: I mean they’re definitely difficult, they definitely suck. Old white dudes suck.
____
James O’Keefe:
“Not only do these bureaucrats push hiring unqualified people based upon race, gender and sex orientation, they actually intentionally disqualify people who are more qualified, again based upon their lack of being a certain race or sex. Does that sound like they are, quote, “promoting the fair treatment and full participation of all people”?
_____
Undercover Reporter: So what’s your current title?
Jake Reyna: Operations Research Analyst.
Undercover Reporter: Focused on DEI specifically, only.
Jake Reyna: Yes, supporting the office. Something interesting that’s happening in our office is that we’re actually moving into this other group called Manpower and Readiness.
Undercover Reporter: Manpower and Readiness okay.
Jake Reyna: It’s just us going under a group called Manpower and Readiness. So it’s just putting us with another, underneath another group instead of having our own office just to kind of hide us a little.
Jake Reyna: The Republican party basically had a mandate that they snuck in there that basically said anybody whose full-time position, whose position is diversity equity and inclusion can’t get paid more than a GS-10 which is that’s like 80 grand. So we basically contacted everybody who had a title like that and and got them to like sneakily change their title so it doesn’t sound as diversity- oriented even though it is.
Undercover Reporter: So you basically like messaged them offline so to speak and be like, hey, like make sure you change your title.
Jake Reyna: We talked with their supervisors and basically got them to change like the billet basically that says what your job is. You have to go through proper HR channels and the supervisors do that but that’s something that we had to do and that’s something that we’re fighting.
Undercover Reporter: And it has worked. The Republicans haven’t found out?
Jake Reyna: It was really just, they did t hat just to f— with the system. It was one of those things that the Republican Party and the followers are gonna be like, oh yeah, that’s good, we’re getting rid of it, even thought it doesn’t really do anything. We just weaseled around it.

…According to Banks’ amendment, the Defense secretary “may not appoint to, or otherwise employ in, any position with a duty described in subsection (b) a military or civilian employee with a rank or grade in excess of GS–10 not adjusted for locality.”…The duties described in the amendment include those involved with developing, “refining, and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion policy,” as well as those who lead “working groups and councils to developing diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and objectives to measure performance and outcomes.” Banks’ amendment also affects Defense Department employees involved in creating “and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion education, training courses, and workshops for military and civilian personnel.” Additionally, the amendment reassigns any DEI employees above a GS-10 grade 180 days after the NDAA goes into effect…..
_____
Undercover Reporter: Is is all DEI training required in the DOD?
Jake Reyna: Yes. As an Airman and then there’s certain higher trainings that you have to go to the qualified to be like an officer.
Undercover Reporter: So basically if they refuse the required DEI training–which sounds like all of them everything is required–they will get written up, they will be considered insubordinate?
Jake Reyna: Yeah.
Undercover Reporter: They’ll get marked up so that their chances of getting promoted in the future is much lower.
Jake Reyna: They probably just would not have the opportunity to get promoted until they did it.
. . . . Undercover Reporter: Have you seen or have you come across any data that actually serves as evidence that indeed DEI candidates or troops perform better than non-DEI troops?
