STARRS is initiating a campaign to ask your Senators and Representatives to support Merit in the military.
Our military’s non-political, merit-based culture is under threat by unelected Pentagon activists!
Identity preferences – at the expense of merit – are determining admissions to our service academies, prioritizing who is selected for pilot training, and influencing selections for command and promotion.
These practices erode leader quality, deprive our warfighters of the best qualified leaders needed on the battlefield, and undermine unit cohesion.
TELL WASHINGTON TO SAY “NO” TO POLITICIZING OUR MILITARY:
–Stop using identity preferences in personnel actions.
–Stop the destructive cultural transformation in our military – keep it selfless, colorblind, and merit-based.
TELL WASHINGTON TO SAY “YES” TO MERIT:
–Our warfighters deserve only the best qualified leaders.
–Merit should determine military service academy admission.
–Merit should determine military command, schooling & promotion.
