Statement to DACODAI by Colonel James Kelly, USAF ret

Sirs, I am concerned with our current and future threats that we are and will be facing.

While China is focusing on how to win and defeat the USA, we are more concerned with DEl and CRT.

I have and always been a proponent of diversity but strongly believe in “one team, one fight.”

While diversity brings strength through varying backgrounds, we need to be a team with the same goals and focus.

How did we lose that? I don’t care if the best person for the job is white, black, brown, gay, female, male, or stripped.

In combat, we need the best person for the job, not picked by quotas.
