STARRS leaders give “American Creed” presentation at the Center for American Values

Maj. General Joe Arbuckle, USA ret (on the STARRS Board of Directors and formerly its Vice Chairman for many years) and STARRS President & CEO Col. Ron Scott, PhD, USAF ret gave our signature presentation, “The American Creed Threatened by Radical Indoctrination” yesterday, April 7, 2026, at the Center for American Values in Pueblo, Colorado.

Medal of Honor Recipient Drew Dix, who is on the STARRS Board of Advisors, leads this organization.

Arbuckle and Scott gave this presentation to the audience at the Center and around the country via livestream on STARRS YouTube and X account.

The American Creed presentation traces historical and contemporary ideological threats, documents their impact on U.S. institutions—especially the military—and outlines practical actions citizens can take to protect and renew America’s founding principles.

What if the greatest threat to American freedom isn’t a foreign army, but the quiet capture of our culture, schools, military, media, and government by a radical ideology that divides us by race, erodes merit, and rewrites our shared history?

General Arbuckle and Colonel Scott pulled back the curtain on how that happened—and how we can reclaim the principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation on earth.

Drawing on decades of service, original research, FOIA investigations, congressional engagement, and first-hand case files, they traced today’s culture war from its roots in Marxist critical theory and the Frankfurt School to its modern deployment through DEI, CRT, and weaponized language.

They broke down how these ideas migrated through universities, teacher unions, media, and Big Government—then penetrated the U.S. military, undermining cohesion, readiness, recruiting, and trust.

But this is not just a warning—it’s a plan of action. The STARRS American Creed presentation shows real victories against politicization, exposes the costs of “equity” over excellence, and presents a practical roadmap for parents, veterans, educators, faith leaders, and citizens to push back—lawfully, effectively, and locally—by rebuilding unity around America’s founding promise: e pluribus unum.
