Newly Revealed Docs Show How Deep DEI Ran In Biden-Era Air Force

The Air Force drilled diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) rhetoric into its staff responsible for testing the branch’s most important technological advances, according to newly obtained documents provided exclusively to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The Center to Advance Security in America (CASA) recently obtained a PowerPoint presentation via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which parroted leftist talking points regarding racial privilege, U.S. institutional racism, and DEI as part of a 2022 training at the Air Force Test Center, as can be seen in the documents.

The Air Force was one of the most active branches under the Biden administration in pursuing left-wing causes.

“CASA has uncovered yet another example of disgraceful attempted DEI indoctrination by the Air Force during the Biden Administration,” CASA Director James Fitzpatrick told the DCNF in a statement.

“Presenting to Airmen that the United States is institutionally racist and that DEI is something to live on a daily basis hurts morale, recruiting, and drives apart our great men and women in the Air Force, making them less ready to protect the homeland.”

“Thankfully, the Trump administration has ended these divisive DEI policies and turned the focus in our military back to strength, readiness, and lethality,” he said.

The presentation claimed that “The dominant US society, as a whole, discriminates against groups and an individual because of class, race, gender, and sexual orientation.”

Additionally, the slides provided multiple definitions for terminology associated with DEI practices.

The slides also stressed that “equity” was “critical” to force readiness, according to the documents.

Additionally, other documents obtained by CASA revealed details on pride celebrations at Edwards and Eglin Air Force Bases, which listed a “PRIDE 5K color run,” “Pride Coffee Talks,” and a “Pride Trivia Night” as part of the festivities.

The AFTC is responsible for evaluation and testing of the branch’s newest technological advances in order to ensure American air superiority. The slides also claimed that diversity was “key to innovation.”

The Air Force did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.
