Betrayal of trust is a hard thing to overcome, and the latest memo out of the Pentagon addressing the process to correct military records of those who refused to comply with the illegal order to receive an unapproved and experimental “vaccine” is just the latest.
The memo below has gaping holes in its language. It also puts an enormous bureaucratic burden on those who already paid a heavy price for refusing to comply with illegal orders.
For the few members that will return with this terrible policy:
- There is no apology for the illegal actions that occurred
- It fails to protect anyone who returns from having their civilian earnings DEDUCTED from their backpay (which SES folks have indicated they absolutely want to have taken out)
- It does nothing to address the rampant command malfeasance
- It leaves them years behind their peers so they essentially have to start over
- They have to spends months (if not years) for a board of corrections to finally make a decision. Some of these boards are headed by openly racist individuals who also happen to hate people who left due to the mandate. (See one highlighted individual at the bottom of this article)
There are dedicated groups of patriotic former and current servicemembers who have developed well-thought-out, legally enforceable, immediately implementable change that will quickly and efficiently turn the ship around.
It’s time we stopped listening to the entrenched bureaucracy of the DoD and started listening to talented patriotic servicemembers who care.
The American people elected officials to do this and sent a mandate saying, “The status quo is unacceptable.”
It’s time to fulfill The People’s will.
See the memo in two pictures below.

It’s not just 8,500 servicemembers and their families; it’s that figure and the 80,000+ who were in a position to leave as a result of the coercion and blatantly illegal mandate.
It’s those two figures and every single servicemember who complied after the coercion and got the shots. There are hundreds of thousands if not millions, of servicemembers and their families who were affected by this illegal mandate.
The services got a brief bump in recruiting numbers based on cautious optimism from the American people. That cautious optimism is extremely fragile, and this horrendous deep-state policy will go a long way to degrade that optimism.
What do you honestly think will happen when these hundreds of thousands of service members, their immediate family members, and their extended family make it a point to tell their neighbors and community members that nothing has changed?
They encourage their fellow citizens NOT to serve because they don’t want the same injustice repeated to them. These people are in all 50 states.
This and these people’s reach on social media has the potential to upend what little gains have been made in recruiting.
The review boards will likely not be fair either. Below is an example of one person on the board. Gerald Curry.

I’ll help with his quotes:
1. “The white extremist insurrection in January this year, and the most recent focus on indiscriminate attacks against Asians has called [sic] significant concern.”
2. “No person is responsible for the race they are born into, but society has allowed a unique and unreasonable anointing of those people with lighter skin tones.”
3. “As you can imagine, I view anyone who decides not to get vaccinated to be uninformed or unintelligent.”
Meanwhile, servicemembers are weighing in as accountability is still to come.
Mr @secdef @PeteHegseth I collected letters in support of your nomination. I showed up to your hearing. I met with senators advocating for you.
I support you and I think you have a huge undertaking but respectfully this is NOT the best we can do ⬇️ pic.twitter.com/JhrmCutcbx

Unworthy. I left service because the institution was unworthy. Still is. Where’s the apology?@PeteHegseth you are letting the rot dictate the terms & process for restoration. Foolish. The rot that systematically & without remorse targeted & purged Christians with tattoos on… pic.twitter.com/YR6PVmv56z

Why is this guy allowed to oversee review boards of officers whose careers and reputations were ruined by refusing an experimental jab? He’s a weaponized bureaucrat wholly unsuited to the task. He will oversee the process of deciding the fate of an officer who worked for me for… pic.twitter.com/MPJFIufDx7
