THANK YOU for your ongoing interest in our efforts to eliminate the divisive DEI ideology at and restore meritocracy to the military and service academies. STARRS is in its 5th year and has grown exponentially in its reach and impact.
We are heavily engaged with members of the Trump Administration on policies to return to our country’s original founding values. We are having a significant influence on Congressional members working to remove radical leftist CRT (Critical Race Theory) and its spin-off program DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), from our military forces, including the service academies.
You can imagine how these ideas wreak havoc in an institution such as the Department of War, which requires unity to be effective in its mission. Instead of unity they cause the opposite—division, which creates mistrust and conflict. Instead of supporting warfighting readiness, these divisive ideas breed contempt for and disrespect toward our country and its leaders. It creates a culture where race, division and politics predominate.
STARRS is educating legislators, military members/leaders, and citizens of the dangers of the CRT/DEI ideology. We are already seeing encouraging results in military morale and recruitment/retention numbers increasing and a return to the “warrior ethos.” Our powerful new, eye-opening presentation, “The American Creed Threatened by Radical Indoctrination” has already been given to hundreds of people across the country with positive feedback. If you would like us to give this presentation to a group local to you, please let us know.
STARRS is also utilizing its legal counsel and a cadre of attorneys to remedy dismissals and punishments of our military members and service academy cadets resulting from the DEI agenda and the illegally implemented COVID-19 vaccination mandate. We currently have over 180 cases of people who really need help getting their careers and lives back and who want to serve again, and we’ve had many success stories. Contact us if you know a servicemember who needs help in these areas.
In his recent major speech to over 800 generals and admirals, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth called DEI “toxic ideological garbage.” It certainly is and we recommend watching his wonderful speech—it covers everything that STARRS has been advocating for these past 4+ years (we’ve even had people asking if we helped write it).
But we at STARRS now have a big job before us because you know and we know that this toxic ideology won’t be fully eradicated from the military overnight. You’ve probably already seen and heard of shocking examples from indoctrinated servicemembers who express violent opposition and nasty hatred towards the Commander-in-Chief, Secretary of War and those with traditional values. Although the physical signs of DEI may be eliminated, the hard part is ensuring the ideology itself is eradicated.
Since our government is the responsible entity for indoctrinating our military with this harmful ideology—having spent 100s of millions of dollars pushing the woke DEI agenda—we believe our government should be paying the bills to eradicate it. To that end, we are trying to make that case with the Department of War, now that they have declared DEI both “illegal” and “racist.”
So we now turn to our generous supporters to assist us in continuing our critically important educational mission which includes our legal action proceedings (over 180 cases), public education, and website research and communications.
Because I’m committed to this fight, it’s my honor to lead STARRS, a veteran-led nonprofit focused on eliminating DEI initiatives and restoring merit and unity in the military. If you align with this mission, we invite and encourage your generous financial support to help us succeed. Thank you!
Respectfully,

Ronald J. Scott, Jr., Ph.D.

P.S.: Our fight these past five years has been against the radical and divisive CRT/DEI ideology harming our military. We’ve made tremendous strides; however, as seen in the news every day, the woke mind virus still deeply infects many Americans, including most concerningly, servicemembers. Please help STARRS continue its mission and fight to eliminate this ideology from the military by making a generous, tax-deductible (we’re a 501c3) donation securely and easily online via the button below or via STARRS.us, or by check mailed to STARRS, PO Box 468, Monument, Colorado 80132.
